Certified Mobile Testing, Horizontal & Vertical Testing, & Magnetic Particle Testing
NIS provides a variety of certified mobile testers including: horizontal test bed, vertical tester, test weights and Magnetic particle testers. NIS’s mobile test units do not require any additional rooms, tables, carts or tools. Down time is minimized as an item can be checked in 15 minutes vs. sending it out for inspection. A color coded inspection tag is placed on each inspected item to make it easy to see if and when it was inspected.

NIS has established inspection procedures which are based on OSHA, ASME and ANSI standards and test equipment is well maintained, regularly calibrated, and certified. NIS’s technicians are routinely trained and certified in industry standard inspection methods. Additionally, NIS provides inspection reports in a user friendly, easily sorted and updated database format. Customized reports are available for specific items upon request.
