Preventative Maintenance

NIS’ Compliance Maintenance Program (CMP) was designed to help our customers keep track of their lifting device inventory.  The CMP helps track new lifting devices coming into the plant, lifting devices being repaired and lifting devices which have been scrapped. When you set up a Compliance Maintenance Program through NIS, you will send damaged items from the collection bin to NIS for inspection. After receiving the inspection results, you decide whether to have the item repaired or replaced. All items repaired/replaced by NIS are returned to you certified and with the correct inspection tag. All items are added to an inspection record database for easier management and record keeping.
