NIS’s Compliance Maintenance Program (CMP) was designed to help our customers keep track of their lifting device inventory. The CMP helps our customers track new lifting devices coming into the plant, lifting devices being repaired and lifting devices which have been scrapped.
- Help customer achieve 85-100% compliance on internal audits of Material Handling equipment.
- Help customer save money on material handling inspections, by repairing rather than replacing damaged items.
- Help customer save time on OSHA and internal audits for material handling equipment.
- Help customer ensure that all their material handling equipment has been inspected and tagged.
- Help customer maintain an accurate up to date inspection record database of material handling equipment.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Damaged items from collection bin are sent to NIS for inspection.
- Items are repaired or replaced as desired by the end user.
- All repaired/replaced items are delivered to plant certified.
- All repaired/replaced items are tagged with correct inspection tag.
- All repaired/replaced items are added to inspection record database.
